SECTION I: JOB PURPOSE 

The Project Officer supports the day to day implementation of project activities in schools, working closely with teachers, students, field directorates, and supervisors. The role requires someone who can manage a work plan while building good working relationships with school staff, and who understands that successful implementation depends on people as much as on timelines. 

This is a field based role rather than a desk job. It requires someone comfortable handling both reporting tasks and day to day work inside schools.

SECTION I: JOB PURPOSE 

The Senior Project Officer will oversee a portfolio of projects, provide technical guidance on educational content and classroom quality, and supervise the field team. The role calls for strong project management skills paired with a genuine understanding of teaching and learning gained through classroom or education programming experience, along with the administrative and coordination skills needed to manage partner relationships effectively.

I began my eTwinning journey in 2024, and it has been a valuable space for learning and growth, allowing me to connect with teachers from different cultures and enhance my teaching approach.

One of the highlights was my participation in the eTwinning Workshop Prague 2026, which included sessions on early childhood education and STEAM, as well as school visits in the Czech Republic to explore inclusive and well-designed learning environments.

One of my most rewarding professional experiences has been my participation in eTwinning. It was marked by strong student engagement and clear enthusiasm for working on collaborative projects.
