Productive Schools builds a culture of productivity, financial, literacy, and contribution amongst teachers and students in the targeted schools. It develops income-generating projects that are run by committees of teachers and students that contribute directly to improving the educational environment.
The involvement of students builds their business and technical skills, provides them with hands-on experience and potentially helps students generate their own income.
Productive Schools contributed to the realization of the Ministry of Education’s goals of enhancing decentralization.
