Capacity Building

Madrasati motivates teachers, builds their knowledge, core skills, capacity, and increases their pride in their profession. It emphasizes teachers’ personal development though equipping them with social and interpersonal skills and encouraging them to work effectively in teams. Madrasati also gathers teachers from different schools together to share experiences, knowledge and ideas.
