  • Organize and facilitate training workshops, meetings, orientations, and community engagement activities.

  • Flag implementation risks early and propose practical, realistic solutions before they become bottlenecks.

Field Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Support the delivery of assessments, teacher professional development, and classroom monitoring activities.

  • Monitor project implementation through regular field visits, classroom observations, and follow up with schools and supervisors.

  • Collect, verify, and maintain project data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting against project indicators.

  • Prepare technical and progress reports, meeting minutes, success stories, and other project documentation.

  • Maintain organized project records, attendance sheets, monitoring tools, and evidence of implementation.

Community and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Support parental engagement and community awareness activities connected to the project.

  • Build and maintain constructive working relationships with school cadre, students, and local stakeholders.

  • Represent Madrasati professionally in school and community settings.

Compliance and Other Duties:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, including safeguarding, child protection, PSEA, and data protection requirements.

  • Escalate implementation challenges to the Project Manager when necessary.

  • Perform any other project related duties assigned by the Project Manager to support the successful delivery of programme objectives.

SECTION III: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, or a relevant field connected to the project's subject matter.

Language Skills:

  • Arabic: Native proficiency.
  • English: Professional working proficiency.

Years of Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years.

Nature of Experience:

  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and professional writing skills.

  • Strong digital competence, including comfortable use of Microsoft Office and routine digital reporting tools.

  • Experience mobilizing and communicating with private sector partners is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with school staff, government counterparts, and community members.

  • Professional fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.

  • A good understanding of the public school context in Jordan.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines, while staying comfortable with regular field presence.
